NEED MORE ENERGY SMOOTHIE
[Makes 1-2 servings]
- 1 cup unsweetened almond, coconut, or hemp milk
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
- 1 banana
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon flax seed meal or chia seeds
- Stevia to taste (optional)
- Ice (opotional)
